This Privacy Policy describes how LifeGrid ("the Application") collects, uses, and protects information when you use this service.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in to LifeGrid, we collect the following information via Google OAuth:

• Your Google account email address
• Your display name
• Your profile picture URL

Access to LifeGrid is invite-only. Only pre-approved email addresses may sign in. Unapproved sign-in attempts are logged for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage your session
• Display your name and profile within the application
• Maintain audit logs of application activity
• Track login attempts for security monitoring

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third parties.

4. Authentication

LifeGrid uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication via Supabase Auth. We do not store your Google password. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase and expire automatically.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use secure, HTTP-only cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies are required for the application to function and are deleted when you sign out.

6. Data Retention

Your profile and account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Audit logs and login attempt records may be retained for security review purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the administrator.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
