By accessing or using LifeGrid ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Access & Eligibility

LifeGrid is a private, invite-only application. Access is granted solely at the discretion of the administrator. Unauthorised access attempts are logged and may result in permanent denial of access.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Application
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Application or its infrastructure
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with any other person
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Application

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in. Notify the administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your access.

4. Data & Content

Data you create within the Application (projects, tasks, time logs, invoices, etc.) remains your own. The Application provides tooling to manage this data; it does not claim ownership over it.

5. Availability

The Application is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no guarantee of uptime, availability, or data durability. The administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of the Application is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
